The location is great, very close to the park, marina, and restaurants in a peaceful area, with comfortable rooms and exceptionally nice and accommodating staff.

Room was very old. Bed was very poor and bathroom was not in the condition I would expect ed. I will not stay again.

I got a nice upgrade to a modern king room with comfortable beds, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for anything related to the lake.

Spider webs on the ceiling the whole time I was there service was very bad until my last day then they was trying to fix the HBO and Showtime but didn't TV was was old no flat screen the picture was real bright and could not adjust. Never had HBO or SHOWTIME the whole time.

The hotel has attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are updated and well-maintained. Its location near the lake is perfect, and it's also close to some great restaurants and a hill.

The room was equipped with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk. The hotel had incredible views of the lake. The location was comfy and easy, situated in a tranquil area not far from Lake Conroe and excellent seafood restaurants. The service was excellent.

The breakfast selection was great and the coffee was hot and fresh. The room was clean with comfortable linens. Although the A/C was not working properly, the staff member at check-in was friendly and offered to have maintenance come fix it. I had a pleasant stay at Best Western.

The well-maintained pool and attentive personnel make the services at Best Western Lake Conroe great. the rooms are well-kept with great beds and fresh sheets. the location near Lake Conroe and fast food outlets is convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of town, close to restaurants and Lake Conroe. The room had comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service. I had a fantastic day during my stay and definitely plan to return.

Location is excellent and easy, close to everything lake related. The bets part that it's very close to the area restaurants, the park and marina across the street, and Conroe for a wedding.

The breakfast is available until 11. Room had a tub mat, good improvement. Convenient location for important matters. Noticed a strange smell in the room. a satisfactory stay.
